Super helpful staff who helped my Son and I restock our fish tank with a selection of 'community' fish. A fantastic range of fish for all fish-keeping levels (and zero judgement for our naivety)! Excellent value too. Some great deals to be had on multiple purchases! My Son loves to watch the milipedes at the till while we pay... and obviously we left with an enormous toy snake as well. Nice shop with knowledgeable staff. Lots of choice of exotics and accessories which arent available in most local pet shops.

Super happy with our experience at Ely exotics, we’ve been a few times before to get supplies for our other pets and this time round we left with “wasabi” a panther chameleon, owners where very helpful and informative, definitely recommended and has to be one of the top shops around the area.

Amazing shop. They have an incredible stock of live exotic fish and they are very helpful and polite!!! I used to go to the Maidenhead aquatics in Cambridge but since I have been in this shop I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Great shop and amazing customer service. Visited a couple of weeks ago for some advice and the staff were really helpful and  then visited again today to buy a leopard gecko for my son.
